Outvers is for independent adventure-activity Vendors running real Experiences in India:

• Rafting outfits

  River-rafting Vendors with certified guides and the permits their stretch requires.

• Trekking companies

  Single-day and multi-day trek Vendors, from day hikes to high-altitude expeditions.

• Paragliding schools

  Tandem and solo paragliding Vendors with APPI-rated pilots.

• Diving & water sports

  Scuba, snorkelling, and water-sports Vendors at India's coastal destinations.

Documents required, by verification tier

Outvers verifies Vendors on a three-tier KYC ladder (ADR-0007). You start listing at Tier 1 and unlock more as you verify. Plus, bank details are required for Payouts at every tier that can earn.

1. Tier 1 — Phone verified

   Submit

   A phone number confirmed by OTP at signup. That's it — automatic when you register.

   Create your Vendor profile and draft Experiences (saved unpublished).

   Cannot publish, accept Bookings, or receive Payouts yet. No badge.

2. Tier 2 — Identity verifiedIdentity verified

   Submit

   Aadhaar verified by OTP (UIDAI eKYC), PAN submitted and validated, at least one Experience submitted for admin review, and bank details for Payouts.

   Publish within caps (single-day Experiences, up to ₹5,000 per person, up to 8 participants per slot), accept Bookings, and receive Payouts.

   No Combo Experiences and no multi-day treks until Tier 3.

3. Tier 3 — Business verifiedBusiness verified

   Submit

   Everything in Tier 2, plus a GSTIN (if your declared turnover is ₹20L or more) or a below-threshold self-declaration with Udyam Aadhaar registration, plus at least one guide-certification document (ATOAI / RMI / NIM) for any adventure category that requires it.

   Unrestricted listing — multi-day Experiences, Combos, any ticket size, any participant count.

   Unlocked after a 30-minute recorded video-call verification with our team.

How verification works

Each tier has one clear gate. You're never left guessing what's next.

   Sign up and confirm your phone by OTP. You can immediately create your Vendor profile and draft Experiences.

2. 2

   Verify your identity with Aadhaar OTP and a validated PAN, then submit your first Experience for admin review to publish and start earning.

3. 3

   Complete a 30-minute recorded video call with our team, submit GSTIN or Udyam registration, and upload any required guide certifications to unlock unrestricted listing.

How Bookings and Payouts work

Customers book and pay on Outvers

Customers browse your Experiences, choose a slot, and pay securely. You confirm the Booking from your dashboard.

Partial pay, handled for you

Eligible Bookings collect a 25% Advance up front; the remaining 75% is auto-captured 24 hours before the activity — no chasing balances.

Reliable Payouts to your bank

Once an Experience is delivered, your earnings are paid out to your registered bank account. Outvers handles GST and TDS so the Payout amount is always clear.
