This policy explains what personal data Outvers collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Personal data we collect
We collect the personal information you give us when you create an account, make a Booking, contact support or subscribe to updates — such as your name, email, phone number and Booking details. We collect payment information through our payment processor (Razorpay); Outvers does not store full card details. We also collect technical data such as device, browser and usage information to operate and improve the service.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to take and manage Bookings, process payments and refunds to your Wallet, communicate with you, provide support, keep the marketplace safe, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve our Experiences and platform.
When we share data
Because Experiences are run by independent third-party Vendors, we share the Booking details a Vendor needs to deliver your Experience with the relevant Vendor. We share data with service providers who work on our behalf — for example our payment processor and search and hosting providers — and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve Disputes, and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements (including TDS and GST records).
Your choices and rights
You can access and update your account information at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and request deletion of your account subject to records we must retain by law. To exercise these rights, contact us.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you of material incidents where required.
